Providing compassionate in-home care services.

About
Hi, and welcome to my page-it's so nice to meet you.
I've spent much of my career working across the healthcare ecosystem (25 years) in the corporate world throughout the U.S., but Lexington, KY has always been home. Three years ago, I stepped away from the corporate life to start my own company from ground up.
What began as a passion project- providing housing and healthcare connections for senior veterans - has grown into something bigger. Alongside serving veterans, I also felt called to create opportunities for women in recovery. As a second-chance employer, I partner with women who have found God and a new path forward, offering meaningful work and a place to belong within our community.
From these roots, Olive Home Care expanded in non-medical in-home senior care, because I genuinely love working with seniors and want to help as many families as I can.
The name Olive was chosen with deep intention. Throughout history, the olive branch has been a universal symbol of peace, healing, hope and renewal. In the Bible, the olive tree is a sign of God's provision and enduring strength-its roots run deep, and its fruit sustain life.
For us, Olive Home Care reflects this same spirit. We exist to bring peace of mind to families, healing comfort to seniors, and renewed purpose to caregivers who are given a second chance. Just as the olive tree thrives for generations, we are committed to building lasting relationships that last, rooted in trust, compassion, and faith.
Choosing the name Olive was more than a business decision- it was a calling. It represents our mission to create a home where seniors feel safe and valued, veterans are honored, and caregivers are empowered to grow. It's about extending the olive branch of friendship and care to those who need it most.
